■Please introduce and tell us about your company.
I work for Nau do Trato Ltd. We specialize in importing high value items from Europe such as tableware, coffee and food products. For example, one of our products is a fresh juice called Essential..
■How important is it to have English speaking staff?
The staff offer a very professional service, their English proficiency is very high and they are able to explain in English Japanese that is difficult to understand. I find the staff extremely helpful.
■What do you think of the Business Garden rates?
As I mentioned above, we wish to promote and establish our Essential juice and Delta Cafe product range within Japan. For this reason we must ensure that our wholesale prices remain as reasonable as possible. However, since our products are comparatively high value, it is essential that we can cut costs. The Shibuya Business Garden is competitively priced and conveniently located in Sakuragaoka Cho in Shibuya.
■What would you say to anyone considering using the Business Garden?
The Business Garden completely changed my view of Shibuya. With shops such as 109, Shibuya is known as a town for young people so I imagined it to be a noisy and clamorous area, however Sakuragaoka is an extremely quiet and peaceful, a perfect working environment. In addition, being able to run an office at a relatively low cost within a fashionable and creative location such as Shibuya further promotes our company and image of our Essential and Delta Cafe product range. The staff are fluent in English and offer an excellent service. The Business Garden is ideal for foreigners who are looking for an office in a quiet and centrally located area.
